Mobility Testing

Software

Classical shock control creates a series of pulses to excite the device or structure under test, measures the structure’s response and performs a spectral analysis to determine its response and resonance characteristics. This type of testing profile offers higher accuracy and repeatability than regular drop-test methods.

CLASSICAL SHOCK CONTROL

Vibration test profiles works in two parts: As a user interface on the host computer, and as the profile that conditions and executes tests on the controller driving your vibration shaker. The software interface is simple to use, but enables complex vibration control setup or standardlized data analysis for random, swept sine, resonance dwell, classical shock, random on random, sine on random, shock SRS with field data replication simulating real-world operating conditions, as defined by MIL-STD, DIN, ISO, and IEC standards.
