AIAS2023 Conference

The core field of the technical and scientific activities of the DVM lies in the field of the design and testing of materials, components and systems, with special consideration of the requirements of operational use.

The conference in 2023 will focus on new developments in component-related digitized processes, methods and models. HBK FiberSensing hosted an event on Optical Fiber Sensors, organized by EPIC, the European Photonics Industry Consortium.


In the Portuguese city of Porto, we learned about the different existing technologies, their latest developments and trends, from the lenses of the industry partners: manufacturers, researchers and users.
