SomatXR: Pressure Amplifier (5)

5-channel pressure amplifier of the SomatXR family
Supports the following transducer technologies:
- up to 5 pressure transducer directly integrated in the module
- Individually selectable transducer placement
- Medium: fluid / gaseous
- Pressure measurement (absolute up to 10 bar / relative up to 25 bar)
The following applies for each channel:
- Sample rate: max. 40 kSamples/s
- Adjustable low pass filter (Bessel, Butterworth, Linear Phase)
- Automatic hose and maximum pressure identification (RFID)
- Transducer connection: Walther Type LP-004 nippel*

General:
- IP65/IP67 protection class
- High vibration and shock resistance
- 1 x Ethernet, 2 x Firewire
- Voltage supply: 10...30 V DC, max. 6 W

Note: Matching couplings with RFID are available as
accessory:
- 1-CON-S3006T: Aluminium and FKM sealing
- 1-CON-S3007T: Stainless steel and FFKM sealing
Both offer an external thread M12x1.5mm.

SomatXR MX590B-R: Extremely Rugged Measuring Amplifier With Integrated Pressure Sensors

The SomatXR MX590B-R measuring amplifier has integrated, low-pressure sensors. Up to five sensors are available per module to enable various pressure measurements (of gases and liquids) to be taken in parallel such as to synchronously acquire the pressure characteristics of exhaust gas and engine oil. Typical applications are engine or transmission test rigs. The SomatXR MX590B-R can be configured individually. The pressure range per channel can be selected among nine ranges, depending on the application. Taking measurements synchronously with other inputs, such as temperature, is also possible.

Individual configuration

The pressure range per channel can be selected from nine ranges. Five channels per module are available in total
Relative or absolute pressure up to 25 bar can be measured
Sample rate and filter can be individually set for each channel
