9-10 May, 2023 – S2U Schallmessung im Umweltschutz

 

Dieses Seminar beschäftigt sich mit Lärm in der Umwelt. Insbesondere sind dort die TA Lärm und weitere Richtlinien von starkem Interesse. Das Seminar behandelt Grundlagen zur Schallmessung und zur Schallmesstechnik sowie zur Ermittlung der benötigten Messgrößen. Es vermittelt einen Überblick zu gültigen Rechtsvorschriften und den Vorschriften zur Beurteilung tieffrequenter Geräusche (DIN 45680), impulshaltiger Geräusche und von ton- bzw. informationshaltigem Lärm (DIN 45681). Unterstützt durch praktische Vorführungen wird beschrieben, wie die entsprechenden Werte (Beurteilungspegel) als maßgebliche Kenngröße ermittelt sowie in entsprechender Form als Messbericht dokumentiert werden.

9-11 May, 2023 – T9 BK Connect® Core Basiskurs

 

Diese dreitägige Anwenderschulung wendet sich an Nutzer der BK Connect Core Software. Sie beinhaltet die Einführung in den Aufbau der Software, das Einlesen und die Auswahl von Datensätzen, das Erstellen von Analyseketten und die Darstellung der Ergebnisse. Ebenso können Projekte erstellt werden, in denen direkt auf das Frontend zugegriffen werden und eine sofortige Auswertung der Daten erfolgt. Die analysierten Daten werden anschließend detailliert untersucht, können verrechnet und anschließend in einem Bericht dokumentiert werden. Die dargestellten Inhalte werden an Praxisbeispielen demonstriert und auf dem eigenen PC geübt.

Learn how a strain gauge works so you can understand the intricate and precise process of selecting the correct strain gauge for your application. In this training you will apply and make measurements with several different gauges using a variety of bonding and protection schemes and compare the results.

This in-person training is designed to help you understand the general scope of BK Connect for measurement and analysis. You will become familiar with the user interface and user configurable workflow in BK Connect and be able to perform a detailed analysis on measured/recorded time data using the BK Connect Data Processing application.

Es beinhaltet eine Einführung in die Grundlagen der Schallmessung und in die Schallmesstechnik sowie die gesetzlichen Anforderungen und geht insbesondere auch auf die im Jahr 2011 neu erschienene ISO 374X-Reihe und die ISO 9614-Reihe ein. Unterstützt durch praktische Vorführungen wird beschrieben, wie der Schallleistungspegel (mittels Schalldruck- und Schallintensitätsmethode) als maßgebliche Schallemissionskenngröße und weitere wichtige Lärmparameter einer Maschine oder Anlage ermittelt sowie in entsprechender Form als Messbericht dokumentiert werden.

Das Seminar kombiniert die Theorie zur Strukturanalyse mit der praktischen Umsetzung in BK Connect Modal. Der Nutzer lernt die Vorbereitung der Messung mittels Geometrieerstellung, DOF-Setup und die Auswahl geeigneter Messpunkte kennen. Die Messungen mit Hammer- und Shakeranregung werden an verschiedene Messobjekten durchgeführt.

You will learn the fundamentals of vibration testing and be able to set up a test setup in a practical manner.

7-8 Sep, 2023 – Vibation Testing Technology - Advanced

 

The largely practical seminar helps the participants to better understand and classify the often complex tasks of vibration testing. An understanding of the background of the types of excitation commonly used today (for example, sine, noise, shock, etc.) is created. Examples are set up directly on the plant and made understandable. The corresponding programs are created and executed with the software of the controller Comet/ Laser.

Dieses Seminar gibt einen Überblick über das Gebiet der allgemeinen Schwingungsmesstechnik und vermittelt Kenntnisse über die Grundlagen der Frequenzanalyse und betrachtet alle unterschiedlichen Bereiche, die bei der Messung von Schwingungen uns begegnen. 5-6 Oct, 2023 – Operational Modal Analysis (OMA)

 

In Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) only the output of the structure is measured, using the ambient and operating forces as unmeasured input. This two-day course describes how OMA can be used instead of classical modal analysis for accurate modal identification under actual operating conditions, and in situations where it is difficult or impossible to artificially excite the structure. The theory behind the different time and frequency domain techniques will be covered and the use of OMA will be illustrated with several examples from civil and mechanical engineering.
